I'm VONG Saravuth, a Master of Public Policy Student at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor funded by Fulbright Scholarship. I am an Honors Graduate from the Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. I received a scholarship from Chip Mong Group in 2018 and was a recipient of the Global UGRAD 2022 to study at the State University of
New York, Plattsburgh at the United States of America.
My life motto? “Start writing your life story and start doing.”

I am currently a Fulbright Scholar from Cambodia pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, University of Michigan, where I am also completing the Science, Technology, and Public Policy (STPP) certificate program. My interests center on AI governance, digital policy, and the intersection of technology and education, particularly in advancing digital and AI literacy. I am passionate about promoting evidence-based technology policy that supports innovation while empowering communities to navigate emerging technologies safely and effectively.

I collaborate with the project manager on Ministry and partner-initiated projects, assist in developing the Child Online Protection Guideline from research to publication, and lead the creation of a central reporting system for illegal online content. I conduct workshops with private sector partners, participate in local and international meetings on Child Online Protection, liaise with international organizations, and translate and interpret documents for Ministry events, including the annual Digital Government Forum and other international forums.

I support the implementation of various projects and am in charge of external stakeholders' mapping and involvement. I liaise with communication agencies on project communication, outreach, and campaign strategy. Additionally, I mentor two groups of students, guiding them in initiating and implementing community projects. I also assist in arranging training sessions and coordinating with trainers.
Project Assistant, ASEAN Foundation, Project: Special ASEAN Foundation Model ASEAN Meeting Plus China 2023

I assist the project manager in program arrangements and work closely with the program and communications team of the ASEAN Foundation. I facilitate event flow and serve as the Emcee for the entire program, including the opening ceremony, cultural night, awarding ceremony, and closing ceremony. Additionally, I arrange flight schedules and assist with transportation for delegates from all ASEAN countries during their stay in Cambodia until departure.
National Chapter Leader, The Young SEAkers

As the Chapter Leader of The Young SEAkers, Cambodia, I lead the annual meeting and two flagship programs: the monthly Meal and Mingle program and the annual SEAkers Go international exchange. I oversee SEAkers in Dialogue sessions on Digital and Media Literacy. I collaborate with team members on projects, lead weekly and monthly meetings, and negotiate partnerships with external entities. Additionally, I advise department leaders on planning and provide assistance when needed.

I am an Experienced Translator in various types of documents from books translation up to game and technology-related documents.
I'm also an interpreter for on-stage, simultaneous interview, and backstage translation between the three languages including
