OECD Capacity Building Programme

The OECD Capacity Building Programme 2023 Edition in Cambodia was a transformative experience for me. Held over two days (22-23 May 2023), this program was implemented in partnership with Cambodia's Digital Government Committee and the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology. It focused on enhancing the capacities of digital government and data management in South-East Asia. The program provided me with valuable insights and practical skills, empowering me to contribute effectively to the digital transformation efforts in the region.

Project Management Training

Participating in the project management training conducted under the supervision of Chip Mong Group for scholarship grantees was an invaluable experience. This training provided me with essential project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation techniques. Additionally, we were required to write our own project proposals and pitch them at the end of the training, emphasizing real-life implementation. This hands-on approach significantly enhanced my ability to manage and execute successful projects in my academic and professional endeavors.

The Young SEAkers Cambodia Internal Training Programme

Participating in The Young SEAkers Cambodia Internal Training Programme was an enriching experience for me. This program focused on developing leadership skills, fostering regional cooperation, and enhancing professional competencies among young leaders in Southeast Asia. Through a series of interactive workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities, I gained valuable insights into effective leadership and collaboration. This training has significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth, preparing me to take on more impactful roles in the future.

Training of Trainers on the Cambodian Child Online Protection Guideline for the Digital Technology Industry

Participating in the Training of Trainers on the Cambodian Child Online Protection Guidelines for the Digital Technology Industry was a significant experience for me. Hosted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and supported by UNICEF, this training equipped me with the knowledge and skills to safeguard children in the digital space. The program emphasized the importance of creating a safe online environment for children and prepared me to train others in implementing these crucial guidelines effectively.

Content Creators Training

Participating in the Content Creators Training for the prevention of Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA) and the mechanism to deal with Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM) was a crucial learning experience for me. Organized by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications with the support of the APLE organization, the training featured a speaker from the cybercrime department of the General Commissariat of National Police. This comprehensive program equipped me with the knowledge and skills to create content that raises awareness and prevents online child exploitation, while also providing effective mechanisms to address and report CSAM. This experience reinforced my commitment to promoting a safer online environment for children.

Good Officers Training

Participating in the Good Officers Internal training for Officers in the Department of Information and Communications Technology Policy of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications was an invaluable experience. This program provided me with a deeper understanding of ICT policies and their implementation. Through comprehensive workshops and practical sessions, I enhanced my skills in policy analysis, strategic planning, and effective communication. Additionally, the feedback and mentoring sessions were particularly beneficial, offering personalized guidance and insights that have significantly improved my professional capabilities. This training has equipped me with the knowledge and tools necessary to contribute effectively to the development and implementation of ICT policies.
