Speakers Coordinator

As the Speakers Coordinator and Moderator of Panel Discussions and Trainings, I facilitated seamless communication and coordination among speakers, ensuring well-organized and engaging sessions. My role involved moderating discussions, guiding conversations, and maintaining an interactive and informative atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience for both participants and speakers.

Trainer and Speaker

As a Trainer and Speaker for the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, I focused on child online protection guidelines. I conducted training sessions, sharing vital information and best practices to safeguard children in the digital space. My role involved engaging participants, facilitating discussions, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of online safety measures for children.

External Partnership
Coordinator

As an External Partnership Coordinator, I manage and develop strategic relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and engagement. My role involves identifying potential partners, coordinating partnership activities, and facilitating communication to achieve mutual goals and enhance project outcomes. This position allows me to leverage my skills in networking and relationship management to drive success.

Trainings, Consultation and Research Coordinator

As the Trainings, Consultation, and Research Coordinator, I oversee the planning and execution of training programs, provide expert consultation, and manage research projects, working closely with local and international consultants. My responsibilities include organizing educational sessions, offering strategic advice, and coordinating research activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role enables me to leverage my expertise and collaborate effectively with diverse experts to drive impactful outcomes.

Liaison Officer

As a Liaison Officer, I facilitate effective communication and coordination between different organizations and stakeholders. For example, at the Digital Government Forum, I provided facilitation to the Minister of Digital, Malaysia, during his visit with delegations from Malaysia. My role involves managing relationships, ensuring smooth information flow, and addressing any issues that arise. By acting as the primary point of contact, I help to foster collaboration and enhance the efficiency of joint initiatives and projects.

Educational Institution Engagement

As part of my engagement with educational institutions, I participated as a speaker and alumni to share my job-seeking strategies and work experience at the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications. I provided insights to students interested in studying at the Department of International Studies, Royal University of Phnom Penh, and current students, offering guidance and inspiration for their career paths. This involvement highlights my commitment to supporting and mentoring future professionals.

International Visit

As part of my efforts to enhance child online protection, I participated in international visits to various countries in the Asian region. These visits aimed to gain insights into best practices, policies, and strategies for safeguarding children in the digital space. Engaging with experts and observing different approaches enriched my understanding and strengthened my commitment to promoting effective online protection for children.

Interpreter and Translator

As an Interpreter and Translator, I work as a simultaneous interpreter for English, Khmer, and Thai languages. Additionally, I perform consecutive translation on stage at various events and translate documents between these three languages. This role allows me to bridge communication gaps and facilitate understanding across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
